"Customs fees caught me off guard"
The order itself was fine, no real issues there. I just assumed the total at checkout would cover the main costs, like most orders usually do, so the extra customs fees were a bit of an unpleasant surprise. They ended up being higher than I expected...

"Good stock most of the time"
most of the things I was looking for were in stock. A couple items were sold out, but they seem to restock often, so it wasn’t a big deal. I did have to wait a bit for one size to come back, but that’s kind of expected. Overall, decent experience

"Arrived Fine, But Shipping Was Slower Than Expected"
I ordered from bungiestore and, it took longer to ship than I was expecting. The tracking also just sat there without any updates for a few days, which was kind of frustrating and made it feel like they weren’t really staying on top of it. That said, the package did show up in good condition and everything in the order was correct, so I’m still happy overall.

I ordered a couple of bungee cords from bungiestore, they were pretty much okay. They looked fine when they arrived, and they worked alright for lighter stuff, but after only a few uses, one of them started to fray a bit near the hook. It wasn't a huge deal, or anything, I just expected them to hold up a little longer. Shipping was normal, the size was right, so overall, I'd say, 3 stars.

"Tracking never updtaed"
My order tracking basically never changed after I placed it, which was frustrating. I tried reaching out to support a couple times but didnt get any reply. Not the worst thing ever, but the lack of updates made the whole thing feel really messy

The shirts arrived fine and there wasn’t anything wrong with the fit or quality, so I don’t want to make it sound like a huge problem. I just expected the designs to pop more based on the pictures. In person they looked kind of flat, and the colors seemed a bit dull to me. Maybe I’m being picky, but for what I was hoping to wear them for, they just didn’t feel as cool as I thought they would

"Bungie Rewards worked smoothly for me"
I’ve used Bungie Store a handful of times for Bungie Rewards stuff, it’s been fine for me overall. Not perfect-perfect, but the important part worked, which is what I cared about. The codes showed up, the rewards were connected to my account the way they were supposed to be, and I didn’t have to chase anything down or wonder if it actually went through.

The site itself can feel a little clunky sometimes, like you’re clicking around and waiting and thinking, okay, is this loading or just being weird, and shipping updates aren’t always super quick either. But as far as actually redeeming rewards goes, I haven’t had any failures or major headaches. I’d give it 4 stars.

The website was simple to use, and I found what I needed faster than I expected. I was kind of half-thinking I’d end up clicking around forever, but no, it was all straightforward. Checkout went smoothly too, no weird extra steps or payment issues, which is always nice. Got the order confirmation right away as well. Overall, happy with how it went.

"Just feels way too hard to fix an order"
I ordered from the Bungie Store and spotted a mistake almost right away. My gut feeling was that it should’ve been a simple fix, but trying to change or cancel the order felt way more rigid than it needed to be. "Pretty sure I got my emblem faster than expected"
I bought a digital emblem and bonus code from bungiestore.com, they showed up in my email quick. I wasn’t totally sure how long it would take, but it felt almost immediate. The code worked on the first try too, so no issues there. Overall, it was a simple, easy experience, which is pretty much all I was hoping for.

"Preorder ended up being way more stressful than expected"
I knew going in that it was a preorder, so I wasn’t expecting it to ship right away, but wow, the wait got ridiculous. Then it switched to backorder and the updates were super vague, which just added a bunch of unnecessary stress. I kept having to check for myself instead of getting clear emails about what was going on. The item did finally show up, but by that point I was more irritated than excited. It’s not the worst store I’ve dealt with, but I probably wouldn’t preorder from the Bungie Store again.

"Felt a bit misled by the hoodie photos"
I ordered a hoodie from bungiestore.com, and to be fair, it showed up without any delivery drama or anything like that. So I can’t really complain about the shipping part, but I still ended up feeling kind of let down once I opened it.

The description wasn’t totally wrong, but the color definitely didn’t look the same as it did in the pictures. The material also felt thinner than what I thought I was getting, which is frustrating because I feel like I always end up being the one stuck with something that looks better online than in person.

It’s not a terrible hoodie, and I’ll probably still wear it, but I do wish the photos had been more honest. I might order again someday, but next time I’d have to overcheck every detail just to avoid being disappointed again.

"Promo code worked, but the details could’ve been clearer"
I ordered from Bungie Store and tried a promo code I found, fully expecting checkout to make it a whole thing. The communication around the offer wasn’t super clear, which was a little annoying because I wasn’t even sure if it would apply.

Thankfully, the discount showed up right away and the total updated correctly. No weird extra steps, no “code not valid” message, and no guessing once I actually entered it.
Overall, it was a simple experience and I’m glad I saved some money without needing to contact support. I just wish the promo details had been explained better upfront.

"Didn’t feel like the official merch I expected"
I ordered a hoodie from bungiestore.com because I figured it was official Bungie merch, but when it arrived, something just felt off. I’ve bought gaming merch from official stores before, and usually the tags, packaging, and overall quality feel a lot more polished. This one seemed kind of cheap, and there wasn’t much that made it feel legit. Maybe I’m wrong, but for the price I paid, I expected a lot better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Helpful, but definitely not fast"
Customer service did get back to me, but I am absolutely convinced time slowed down while I was waiting. They were polite and did sort everything out in the end, so no huge complaints there. I just had to wait longer than I expected and send one follow-up before it got moving.

I ordered my usual size, but it fit a lot smaller than I expected. Even the sleeves and the way it sat around the shoulders felt off, which I noticed right away. I checked the size chart before buying, but it didn’t help much. Returning it was more of a hassle than I wanted, so I probably won’t take the chance on ordering clothes from here again.

"Wrong Size, But Refund Was Handled Well"
The item showed up in the wrong size, which was disappointing. That said, I requested a refund and got my money back within a few days, so at least the customer service part was solid. Not ideal, but I appreciate that they made it right quickly.

"Pretty fair prices for official Destiny stuff"
I’ve ordered from Bungie Store a couple of times now, mostly because my brother and I are both big Destiny fans and like grabbing merch when something cool drops. Overall, the prices feel fair for official gear. Some things are still a little pricey, but not as bad as a lot of other game merch stores I’ve looked at. The best value is definitely when there’s a sale or a bundle. The quality has been solid too — nothing I got felt cheaply made for what I paid. Shipping does add up a bit though, so that’s the main reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. I’d still order again if I saw something I really liked.
